*Daily care is required. Sakai knives are forged with steel and are knives that require daily care.
*Maintenance by sharpening is required. Using many times will cause the sharpness to deteriorate and you will not be able to cut. It is recommended that you sharpen regularly.
*Regarding Storing: Cleanly wash off any soiling on the knife, remove moisture and store.
